The vibratory sample grinder operates through a vibratory grinding mode. Inside the bowl, the material is enclosed, with a crushing ring and a crushing hammer positioned within. During high-speed rotation, which typically lasts between 2 to 6 minutes, the material is crushed and milled by the ring and hammer. This process can quickly produce micron powder samples ranging from 80 to 200 meshes (0.175-0.075mm), which are immediately suitable for testing.The machine offers a variety of bowls, including normal steel, high manganese steel, wear-resistant alloyed steel, chrome steel, and tungsten carbide bowls. The choice of bowl often depends on the hardness of the material being processed.
Working Principle
The material is positioned inside a sealed bowl. Within this bowl, there is a crushing hammer and a broken ring. The motor powers the eccentric hammer to rotate at high speeds. Through the combined action of vibration impact force and friction force, the material is transformed into powder.
